15 years later I redeem myself!
31:00:00 left. Before our last cruise in 2002 at an SSCA nautical flea market, I found a Pactor modem to transmit data over long distances (so you get email in the middle of the ocean) . Removing my hand for a split second to take a phone call, someone else swooped in and bought it. We left on that cruise for the year without a single side band radio. Fast-forward to 2017, and Nina is stronger, faster, and smarter! So, when I saw an Icom 802 radio and Pactor III modem this time, I unashamedly left my hand on it…

Custom Band-aids on our 68′ stick
43:00:00 days left and we are a sailboat again! Thanks to Annapolis Rigging, S/V Enjoy has some hard core custom fabricated, anodized plates and spreader tips, tangs and new standing rigging that should keep our mast up and held steady under major conditions for a good 10 years. Now to get out there and test her limits!

Bye bye all our material possessions
71:00:00 left. I feel so free! Like I dropped 100 lbs…oh we did better than that. We dropped 6300 lbs! Thanks to family and friends who gave loving homes to the really important stuff (like big blue). Thanks to Ruth and Peter for allowing us to stage all this in their home over a period of 5 days, and to Tali, Josh, Jenny, and Debbie for the muscle. Ever onward and not looking back!
